Thank you for asking—that’s a completely understandable question. We scheduled the meeting to be consistent with our Annual Meeting practice. For the past several years, our in-person Annual Meetings have been held at 4 p.m. (always on a Tuesday). We followed that same approach here to ensure consistency in how we host official credit union meetings.
