Digital Banking Updates
-
After June 1, your scheduled payments will continue as usual.
Please note that all one-time and recurring payments scheduled between May 24 and June 1 did not process.
Please review all your payees and payment dates in Online and Mobile Banking to ensure accuracy. Bill Pay history is not available after June 1. Please refer to your eStatements for this information. To re-enroll in eStatements, please use the following steps:
- If you are using your desktop or laptop to access Online Banking, select the “Tools” menu, “View Documents” and then “Overview.”
- If you are using your device to access the Mobile Banking app, select “More” at the bottom right of the screen, Under the “Tools” menu choose “View Documents.” In the top right-hand corner find “Settings” to subscribe to eStatements.
-
Electronic payments to a person did not carry over to CU SoCal’s Bill Pay. After June 1, please set up these payees again or use Zelle®.
How to set up person to person
- If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, visit the “Transfer and Pay” menu, then “Pay Bills”, next select “Add Biller” and enter the name of the person you wish to pay. Next Select Person and complete the information.
- If you are using the Mobile Banking app on a mobile device, select “Pay Bills” at the bottom middle of the screen, next select “Add Biller” and enter the name of the person you wish to pay. Next Select Person and complete the information.
-
Joint and primary users will continue to have separate Bill Pay profiles.
-
When scheduling payments via Bill Pay, you will need to specify the “Deliver by” date instead of “Pay Date”. This is a change from the LA Financial Bill Pay.
Funds must be in the account the same day as the “Deliver by” date. Please review your scheduled payments posts to make sure everything has been transferred over correctly.
-
Bill Pay transaction history prior to June 1 is not available. However, previous months of eStatements will be available on June 1. Please enroll in eStatements to view your Bill Pay history.
After re-enrolling, you will see the eStatement preference as subscribed. You can now select if you would like to see all accounts on your dashboard or if you wish to hide accounts from view.
