  • We understand it can be helpful to view all your accounts under one login. CU SoCal’s Online and Mobile Banking is designed a bit differently than LA Financial’s and allows Members to have separate usernames and passwords for each Membership account. This setup allows for individual access and management of each account.

If your accounts aren’t already linked, it may be because our system requires that all joint account holders on your primary (oldest) Membership are also listed on any additional accounts you wish to link. If that’s not the case, the accounts will be separate. We’re happy to walk you through your options or answer any questions—just let us know how we can help.

  • As of June 1, you’ll now have a username and password for each Membership you are accessing. Your base login will be assigned to your oldest primary account. We’re here to assist ensuring you have Digital banking access to all your Memberships. We can review all your accounts to confirm you have your assigned usernames.

All linked accounts will be accessible for internal transfers and account inquiries. If you would like to make any account linking changes, please call us at 866.287.6225.

  • If your LA Financial username did not meet the CU SoCal requirements, your username was changed during integration.

To find your new CU SoCal username, start with your current username and add an “x” followed by the last two digits of your Member number.
For example, if your username was janedoe and your Member number ends in 45, your new username would be janedoex45.
If that doesn’t work, try adding “x” plus the last four digits of your Member number instead. A small number of Members needed the extra digits to create a unique username.
If you are still having trouble determining your username, please call CU SoCal at 866.287.6225.
